Guitar version. We are working on a version two that will include brass.
This was my second attempt a writing a song from a female perspective. The inspiration came from an online chat with another songwriter who said she was frustrated that all of her songs were about her ex. I joked that she needed a new ex. Then I began writing a tongue-in-cheek response that became the entire second verse, almost identical (I removed profanities for the song, which of course made it better).
